Black Japan
This is Jason's finish on his townhouses
However I think its a little to red and dark. And the high gloss may not suit the house.
Dark Walnet/Ebony
This floor is dark enough but not quite red or even black like black japan so it doesnt look too stark. It also looks like a semi gloss finish which looks more elegant than a high gloss.
