The backyard is to be divided into "rooms"
The planter boxes for the bamboos to be made out of sleepers (2.4m long) and to have 2-3 bamboos planted in the boxes to have about 8 planter boxes. These planter boxes will sit on top of the deck. The ones that are in the room without the deck will either be elevated or be sitting lower.
Cost about $500 for planter boxes
and $800-$1000 for bamboos
There will be uplights in the planter boxes
Fence will just be oiled.
Decking will spread from the end of the house to the end of the kitchen with a step down.
Under deck water tanks will be used. There will either be a trap door on the sides or on the deck. Decking will incorporate deck up lights
The deck is divided into three rooms at about 5m x 3m each.
The first room is to be the living room, if any room is to be sheltered it would be this room. Thus is is currently under debate whether or not to replant the fruit tree and plant banana trees/ Strelitliadlba or just leave it there and add a screen.
This room should have the heater hanging over head and a fire bowl in the middle with little deck chairs
Second room is the dinning room (not sure if this should be sheltered) if it is sheltered then the heater will be here....might just be beams overhead with no shelter. The dinning table will incorporate a fireburner, tepanyaki pan and a grill and stove.
Third room will be an open air outdoor kitchen with a sink, bbq and stove. On the other end a pizza oven. This is where the deck ends too.
May have a ramp down to garage (so ramp down and wooden walk way to garage door)
see bayside constructions
The fourth room is a courtyard garden especially for the third room. It will either be grassed, paved or stoned. Water feature in the middle with the entire right wall creaped with bougainvilleas. Water feature may possibily be a stone japanese lattern with water spouting out of the windows down into a grill that is covered with white pebbles.
